Root Canal

Damage to your tooth’s inner nerve tissue sometimes requires a root canal procedure. Despite the procedure’s reputation, most root canals are minimally uncomfortable, especially compared to the pain and discomfort you may be feeling before the procedure. Dr. Rosenberg uses the most advanced technology and dental techniques available, making root canal procedures more effective and less time consuming.

A root canal involves removing the soft tissue of the tooth (the pulp) when it has become infected and inflamed. Your dentist gently cleans the infected tissue out of the root canals of the tooth and fills the void with an inert material. The procedure is completed with the placement of a filling or in some cases, with a crown.

Nightguard

Nightguard is a simple solution that protects your teeth and jaw from the harmful results of nighttime teeth grinding. Dr. Rosenberg provides a custom–molded, plastic mouth guard to comfortably fit over your teeth, creating a barrier between your upper and lower teeth. The cushion between the teeth absorbs the force of grinding. A nightguard reduces clenching, grinding, and TMJ problems by helping relax the muscles in the jaw. You will finally rest comfortably again!
